2. Platform fees (Private Limited Company)
The following platform fees are indicative and exclusive of applicable taxes if charged separately, and exclusive of government / statutory fees:
Resident directors
All directors are Indian citizens resident in India.

Includes support pathway for NRI directors and apostille guidance.

Foreign directors
Includes FEMA-capable professional pathway for foreign nationals.
₹9,999
Final payable amount is shown on the fee quotation before payment and stored as an immutable fee snapshot on your order.
3. Government & statutory charges
In addition to the platform fee, quotes typically include estimates for:
- MCA filing fees (as per capital slabs)
- State stamp duty on MOA/AOA (varies by registered office state)
- DIN allotment (where applicable)
- RUN / name reservation fees (where applicable)
- Optional add-ons (e.g. GST registration, FEMA support) if selected
These charges are computed from fee tables maintained by us and/or statutory rates and are disclosed in the breakdown before you pay.
4. Payment methods
We accept online payments through our payment partner (Razorpay), including cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods enabled on the gateway, subject to availability.
