Cancellation & refunds

This policy applies to payments made to FounderHQ LLP for Entity OS platform fees and collected government / statutory fee components related to company incorporation services.

Incorporation is a professional and statutory process. Once work has commenced (document verification, professional assignment, name reservation, or MCA filing preparation), costs may already have been incurred and cannot always be reversed.

• Before payment is captured: You may abandon checkout; no charge is completed.
• After payment, before professional assignment / material work: Full refund of platform fee may be issued, less any non-recoverable payment gateway charges if applicable. Government fee components not yet remitted will be refunded.
• After professional assignment or document processing has begun: Platform fee is generally non-refundable. Unused government fee components (if not yet paid to authorities) may be refunded after verification.
• After MCA filing submission: No refund of platform fee. Government fees already paid to MCA / state authorities are not refundable through us.

We may cancel an order if documents are fraudulent, information is wilfully false, the service cannot lawfully be performed, or payment is reversed/chargebacked. In such cases, refund of unused amounts (if any) is at our discretion after deducting costs and losses.

Name rejection by MCA/ROC or statutory queries do not automatically entitle a refund. Clients may resubmit names or respond to queries as facilitated on the platform. Additional professional effort may apply only if expressly agreed.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete eligible refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. Crediting to your bank/UPI/card may take additional time as per your bank and Razorpay.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument via our payment partner where possible. We do not offer cash refunds.
