Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Identity & contact data — name, email, phone number, postal address, director particulars, PAN (where provided for incorporation).
• Order & KYC data — company details, share capital, business activity, uploaded documents (identity, address proof, photographs, apostille packs), and communications with our platform or assigned professionals.
• Payment data — amount, order reference, payment status, and payment gateway identifiers. Card/UPI/net-banking credentials are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) and are not stored in full on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs for security and service improvement.

• To create and fulfil company incorporation and related professional service orders.
• To process payments, issue invoices/receipts, and manage refunds where applicable.
• To assign and coordinate with practising Chartered Accountants / Company Secretaries.

Online payments are facilitated through Razorpay (or such other payment aggregator as we may engage). When you pay, you may also be subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy practices. We receive confirmation of payment success/failure and limited transaction metadata necessary to update your order.

We may share information only as needed with:

• Assigned professionals (CA/CS) for delivery of the ordered service.
• Payment aggregators and banks for processing payments and refunds.
• Cloud infrastructure and email service providers acting under our instructions.
• Government authorities or regulators when required by law (including MCA processes as facilitated by professionals).

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.

We retain order, payment, and KYC-related records for as long as necessary to deliver the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data; no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
