Delivery policy

FounderHQ LLP provides digital and professional services — facilitation of company incorporation in India through the Entity OS platform and assigned practising professionals. We do not sell physical goods and therefore do not operate a traditional courier / logistics shipping model.

• Access to order tracking and document vault on our website.
• Coordination with an assigned Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.
• Upon successful incorporation: Certificate of Incorporation, CIN, and related documents shared digitally (email and/or secure download), as available from the filing process.

Indicative timelines depend on completeness of KYC documents, name availability, professional workload, and MCA / ROC processing. Status updates are provided on the order tracking page. Estimated durations shown at checkout or in communications are not guaranteed service levels.

Services relate to incorporation under Indian company law. Registered office may be in any State or Union Territory of India as selected by the client. Digital delivery is available worldwide via email for clients with NRI or foreign directors.

We do not ship hardware, merchandise, or printed kits by default. If physical copies are ever offered as an optional add-on, delivery terms will be stated at the time of that add-on purchase.
